We had a Belgium-UK-Canada-Holland meeting of a few of the Dirty.org Underworld Fans.
The ones missing in this picture are "lou" and "stimpee"
We had a fab time at cafe Tetra in Amsterdam and at the Chemical Brothers concert in the HMH.

Just in #9
A few days back the dirty cdsingle was in my mailbox. Thanks DutchCD.
Because I had some friends of the Underworld fan community staying at my place I didn't update the blog. While they were here we went recordshopping at Sounds in Venlo. Still the best recordshop in the south of holland.
I bought this :
It's a DVD with also mp3's on it, packed in a book with very nice artwork. Some more here
I also bought the Carl Cox & Friends dvd and the Salems's Lot dvd (Stephen King)
And I found a Ruts cd called 'Ruts in a Can'. It's a tin can cdbox.
Best picture I could find of it

This site keeps adding vinyl bootlegs of Underworld concerts. I saw it before, they have Bootleg Babies there! A compilation of the best versions of songs, voted for by the RTSR community. This is a bootleg of a bootleg... how wierd.
Now they added Tilburg - 013 on vinyl! Which happens to be my recording...

Yesterday arrived the goody bag I won because my title for the next Underworld album was voted most for. It was a poll at dirty.org held by numberonefan Matt.

Also downloaded a great Tool dvdr this week. A very early live concert at JC Dobbs, Philidelphia, PA 02-05-1992. It's shot from the audience so the camerawork isn't all that and very wobbly. Audio is great tho.

Dream come true
This week I recieved in the mail a poster I dreamed of to own. Tony, a great friend and fellow underworld/freur fan, send me this as belated Xmas present.

Adidas is going to sell music/artist related designer shoes for the 35th anniversary. They already released info that there also were going to be a Underworld pair. The design wasn't to be made public until march 1, the day this serie starts selling. But with some searching with google...

Limited to 5000 pair world wide. There is info that they 'glow in the dark' and by the looks of other music related designs, the picture of Karl and Rick could be in the soles.

Yesterday I recieved a David Bowie dvdr in a trade:
"Heroes" Reel
This DVD consists of various takes of Bowie lip-synching to "Heroes" for the single promo. The "Sense of Doubt" intro found on this disc was filmed for an RCA promo for the album.
