We are pleased to announce that from the 1-15 August the ArtJam will be arriving in New York!
Beautiful Burnout is a multi-media exhibition/installation of video, art, photography and text at the Jacobson Howard Gallery in Madison Avenue.

This day in 2003 (june 7th)

in 2003...Beck pulled out of the inaugural Field Day Festival at New Jersey's Giants Stadium after a stagehand accidentally hit him in the ribs. Radiohead, Beastie Boys, Blur and Underworld performed.

I still remember seeing the first pictures, the rather empty stadium, drenched in rain and people dancing and party. This was one troubled festival, it moved location and then must have been the wettest gig ever for UW (with one of the mount fuji ones)
